The Milk Truck is an unusable vehicle featured in The Simpsons: Hit & Run. It cannot be driven by the player without the use of modifications, or the all cars cheat which requires 100% game completion.
Description[]
The Milk Truck is a lilac coloured step-van with large windows, and the text "Genuine Ungulent Milk" with a couple small white paint dripping off the text, representing milk applied above the rear wheel, and on the rear. A generic static model of a man wearing a white shirt and toque in the driver's seat can be seen through the windows. The Milk Truck appears to be loosely based off a 2003 Freightliner MT45
Tips[]
The Milk Truck is extremely slow, both in speed and acceleration, making it a poor choice for general missions. However, it does have good toughness and decent handling, making it one of the more forgiving vehicles to use.

- Milking the Pigs - Bart needs an extra set of wheels, so he goes and sees if Snake can help him out. Snake first asks him to destroy Chief Wiggum's Police Cruiser, along with a folder containing a firearm which serves as evidence against Snake. Bart agrees, and proceeds to destroy both Wiggum's car and the folder. Snake rejoices, then tells Bart of his second task–to dispose of a milk truck. Snake tells Bart that Fat Tony is paying would-be-destroyers of Milk Trucks large sums of Cash and Snake wants in. Bart also agrees without hesitation, and returns to Snake. As a reward to Bart's work, Snake says that he will drive Bart in his Lil' Bandit on Bart's accord.
Trivia[]
- When the Milk Truck is damaged, it appears to be more beat up than other cars when damaged. Instead of just having scratches in the paint and small tears and dents in the frame; dents, cracks, and misalignment of the frame appear everywhere on the vehicle. There is also an entire crater throughout the front of the vehicle, and the left back door appears to be falling off.
- The Milk Truck doesn't really fit the definition of a truck. It would be best considered a Multi-Stop Van, a medium-light-duty vehicle meant specifically to deliver items.
- The Milk Truck is one the slowest accelerating cars in the game. It is on par with the Plow King in terms of acceleration.
