...and Baby Makes 8 is the second mission of Level 5 in The Simpsons: Hit and Run. It focuses on Apu escaping from the mafia.

Summary

After following the Cola Truck to the Legitimate Businessman's Social Club, Apu finds Louie and tries to get some information about the cola, but Louie knows nothing, except that the vans are controlled by mysterious strangers. He tells Apu that he shouldn't slip his nose into other people's business, saying that it could come back to haunt him and his family. This encourages Apu to get to the hospital, but Louie gets into his Limo and tries to stop Apu from getting to the hospital, where Apu loses Louie and arrives at the hospital.

Music

The track that plays during this mission features a prominent xylophone line and brass section. The track is also shared with The Fat and the Furious, Return of the Nearly-Dead, Duff for Me, Duff for You and Alien "Auto"topsy Part III.

• The mission name is a reference to the 1949 film And Baby Makes Three.
• The Limos that chase the players have Louie as the driver. This is not seen otherwise.
